The Invisible
The Invisible is a surprisingly a sophisticated movie, but surreal and creepy. It is not for kids under 14, IMHO.
Look for:
• Rembrandt-type lighting
• complex characters
• depravity, darkness, evil
• digital color editing
• indie music and cool score
• redemption
• satisfying endingPS–I got a letter from Judge Hargos thanking me for my juror service: “I would like to commend you on the excellent job you performed while being a juror…” Wow, I’m sure not many people get that kind of praise. LOL

Ohhh yeah, I’m sure you’re the only person who ever got a letter like that. And I have this lovely bridge to sell if you’re interested…..
I watched The Invisible on the flight back from Paris. I also thought the ending was good, even though most of my classmates didn’t like it. But I don’t think it’s a movie I’d watch over and over again.
I’ll have to watch that soon…sounds good.
Got to watch “We are Marshall” last weekend, it was very good.
@dustyrose2 – If you liked “We Are Marshall,” you might like “Glory Road,” which is also based on a true sports story. It is about a coach who rebuilds a b-ball team in the 1966 South by using black players. (My kids are the ones who get me into sports flicks.)
I must warn you that “The Invisible” is dark and edgy and, although it has some biblical themes, it does not have a Christian worldview. I’d love to hear what you think if you watch it.
