P.S. If I can’t get a cat because it walks around loose in the house, what makes you think he’ll let me have a PUPPY? If he thinks cats have trouble with bodily functions, imagine a puppy! The point of the guinea pig is self-contained yet personable. My grandmother always had one — they’re a lot friendlier and attached to humans than you might think.
